Took a trip to some apple orchards last month, and there was a petting zoo at one of the places we stopped :)
The Role Call is a pop rock band from Minneapolis that is determined to be heard. Motivated and nothing short of charismatic, each member is both creative and determined to keep the band on its feet and pushing towards the spotlight. Finally finished A Feast For Crows! Now onto the next one… #GoT #Nerdalert
I’m so pissed off after finishing this book. haha
So, I have no idea why this was asked anon, but I don’t have a 500px, just because I haven’t really had the time to dedicate to doing flickr, facebook, tumblr etc. plus work and attempting to have a life (ha) let alone add another site I’d have to dedicate myself to updating, I need more time in my days!
When it comes to inspiration in photographers, I look up to a lot of different photographers, but I just want to make my definition of inspiration from other artists as, they don’t really inspire my images, but they inspire me as a person to go out there and work for my love of art, music and photography. Saying that, I’m probably going to sound super generic, but I’ve always been in love with Ansel Adams work. I’ve always been really big into black and white film photography. I also really look up to my very first photography teacher in high school, as well as my film photography professor in college my freshman year. They both really pushed me to make my work better, and taught me how to really express myself through photo, taking pictures that represent ME, which I really need to do more.
That being said, the main thing I’ve shot in the past few years have been live band shots. In this case I really am inspired by photographers that I’ve met along the way, and who have given me advise that really helps me out and encourages me, such as Joe Lemke (http://www.joelemke.com/) and photographers that I’ve looked up to for awhile, like Adam Elmakias (http://www.adamelmakias.com) both who do exactly what I want to do, for a living. I also really enjoy Matt Vogel’s (http://mattvogelphoto.com/) work. His images are always exciting to see, and really motivate me to work on my editing techniques. There are sosososo many photographers that inspire me, as photographers, and as people. So, even though I have plenty of reasons that I’m inspired by so many other photographers, I’m going to spare you all and just list a few more photographers, who are pretty awesome, so you should check out their work because I’m leaving you the links, ok? sweet. Sorry for getting way too indepth on this question.
